• Reliable re-start after night time switch off. This has been a real issue for traditional florescent tubes operating at consistently low temperatures, giving a significant reduction in lamp life and light output due to excessive flicker and start surge. In typical Cold Store applications the practice is to leave the lights on around the clock.
• GUARDIAN INFINITY LED Tubes are designed specifically for Cold Room applications. The “smart electronic” design has excellent soft start characteristics, supply voltage variation correction. Operated through a PIR, you can increase to almost 85% the energy saved as the lights only operate when really needed.
• Use your existing T5 or T8 fittings… GUARDIAN INFINITY LED Tubes are powered directly from the mains and do not require normal ballast or power unit. This saves having to buy replacement fittings and the high cost labour required to fit them.
