We specify the correct Energy Optimisation Plant Scheduler for your application, which dynamically adjusts your plant energy consumption profile, to suit your electricity tariff plan.
The Energy Optimisation Plant Scheduler provides time control of overall plant operation in order to minimise Total Plant Energy Usage. The Plant Scheduler facilitates :-
- the use of cheap rate electricity eg (0000 to 0700) to do major over-cooling of storage space and then switch off all plant or relax evaporator set points to allow the rooms to gradually come back to normal cooling levels when electricity rates are higher.
AND/OR
- Sequentially shuts down all coolers and plant during peak periods (e.g. 4pm-7pm) and allow negotiation of a tariff reduction for shedding load during this time. At the end of the period the plant is automatically re-started and then coolers are gradually switched on in sequence.
AND/OR
- Automatic adjustment of appropriate Compressor speed control setpoints dependent on Plant Freezing / Cooling Room Status.
AND/OR
- Dependent on the measured Condenser Dewpoint and Room Defrost status, automatically adjusts all Condenser/Cooling Tower speed control setpoints to minimise energy useage.
